Direct Answer: To post on Craftdas, go to https://create.craftdas.com/post, enter your title and excerpt, write structured content, upload a cover image, select relevant categories, add tags, configure SEO settings, set visibility, and publish or schedule your post. All publishing happens inside the Create domain.
Where Posting Happens
Craftdas separates creation from display. You do not publish from the dashboard or from the blog homepage. All blog creation and publishing happens inside the Create workspace at create.craftdas.com/post. Once published, your article automatically appears on blog.craftdas.com.
If you are new to structured blogging on Craftdas, you should first understand how to format content properly by reading how to write blog posts that Google and AI can understand even without SEO tools. Proper formatting directly affects how your post performs after publishing.
Step 1 — Add Title and Excerpt
Enter a clear Post Title and write a short Excerpt. The excerpt improves click-through rate and helps search engines understand your page summary.
Your title should match search intent. If you want deeper ranking strategy, review the Craftdas Blogging Blueprint to understand how posts are structured to rank on both Google and AI search engines.
Step 2 — Write Structured Content
Inside the editor:
- Use H1 only once (your title)
- Use H2 and H3 for structure
- Add internal links naturally
- Use bullet points when clarity requires it
Unstructured content reduces visibility. Craftdas content performs best when written in an answer-first format. For advanced structure techniques, study AI Answer Blocks — the Craftdas blog format that gets cited.
Step 3 — Upload Cover Image
Scroll to the Cover Image section and upload a JPG, PNG, or GIF (max 10MB). A strong cover image improves preview quality across blog listings and social sharing.
Step 4 — Select Categories
Under Settings → Category, select up to five relevant categories. Categories determine where your post appears and how readers discover it.
Choosing irrelevant categories may reduce engagement. Craftdas does not auto-correct poor categorization, as explained in What Craftdas Won’t Do for Bloggers. Strategic decisions remain the blogger’s responsibility.
Step 5 — Add Tags
Add focused tags separated by commas or press Enter. Tags support topic clustering and search filtering. Avoid stuffing keywords.
Step 6 — Configure SEO Settings
Inside the SEO panel:
- Add Focus Keyword
- Set SEO Title (max 60 characters)
- Write Meta Description (max 160 characters)
- Leave Robots directive as index, follow unless intentionally changing it
SEO settings determine how your article appears in search results and AI summaries.
Step 7 — Set Visibility and Publish
Choose visibility (Public recommended). Then either publish immediately or schedule for a future date.
Once published, your post becomes accessible on the Blog domain and is indexed based on your SEO configuration.
Common Failure Points and Fix
Failure: Publishing without structure, weak titles, or no categories.
Fix: Follow structured formatting, choose correct categories, and configure SEO before clicking publish.
